The trust started its work in 1958 with the beginning of medical centre, to avail health facility to common person in and around Goregaon. The more than one lac twenty five thousands persons, who can not avail themselves of public health system, nor can afford private health services have obtained the services of the health centre since its inception. Initially the centre started the diagnosis and treatment as basic medical service, today it ranges from dentistry to psychiatry.
